Specified General Conditions Sample Clauses

The 'Specified General Conditions' clause defines which general terms and conditions are incorporated into a contract by explicit reference. In practice, this clause lists or identifies the particular set of standard terms—such as those published by an industry body or previously agreed upon—that will govern the agreement alongside the main contract. By clearly specifying which general conditions apply, this clause ensures both parties understand the rules and obligations that supplement the contract, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes over which terms are in force.
