Specified Filing Documents. As soon as available, and in any event within five Business Days after the effectiveness thereof, copies of all amendments, restatements, supplements or other modifications to Specified Filing Documents that add any Obligor as the subject of the transactions contemplated thereby with respect to an Originator.
