Specifications for Services. a) Based on COMPANY’s and BPPR’s instructions, EVERTEC will establish the processing parameter settings, features and options (collectively, the “Specifications”) for the Services that will apply to COMPANY, BPPR, and their respective Subsidiaries (including all control and verification mechanisms utilized in each processing function related to the Services).
