The Engineer shall prepare general notes, special specifications and special provisions for inclusion in the plans and bidding documents. SH 99 Project improvements consist of design of 1 mile of 2-lane curb and gutter for Southbound frontage between Westheimer Parkway and Fry Road for bridges over 2 channel crossings. The work to be performed by the Engineer under this scope of work consists of providing Structural Bridge design for a 300-ft and 200-ft and a 40-ft wide straight crossing.
