SPECIFICATION ESCROW. KLSI acknowledges that in addition to the Second Source Device Deposit escrow account which is for the benefit of Immersion, Immersion's customers (or the Affiliates) may request Immersion to escrow the Specification for the Components for the benefit of Immersion's customers (or the Affiliates). KLSI shall promptly provide to Immersion any future updates or revisions to the Specification for deposit by Immersion with the escrow agent. * Certain information on this page has been omitted and filed separately with the Commission.
