Specification 13 Clause Samples

Specification 13 is a contractual provision that defines the technical or performance requirements that a product, service, or process must meet under the agreement. It typically outlines detailed criteria such as materials, dimensions, quality standards, or methods of testing that must be adhered to during the execution of the contract. By clearly setting out these requirements, Specification 13 ensures that both parties have a mutual understanding of what is expected, thereby reducing the risk of disputes over quality or compliance.
