Specifically Requested Material Clause Samples

The 'Specifically Requested Material' clause defines materials, information, or deliverables that a party must provide only if the other party explicitly asks for them. In practice, this means that certain documents, data, or items are not automatically included in the scope of work or obligations, but must be supplied upon a clear and direct request. This clause helps ensure that parties are not burdened with unnecessary disclosures or tasks unless there is a specific need, thereby streamlining obligations and preventing misunderstandings about what must be provided.
