The Contractor shall assign a representative from Contractor’s organization to attend Xxxxxxx Hills CAP meetings, provide updates on assessment planning and implementation, and respond to community questions. To assemble the CAB, the Contractor shall work with Public Health to recruit representatives from the Xxxxxxx Hills CAP and surrounding communities, oversight agencies, the operator, and other stakeholders as appropriate to join. The Contractor shall convene and facilitate CAB meetings every 4-6 weeks and present all work plans, questionnaires, recruitment procedures, analysis plans and any other planning or procedural documents to the CAB for their review and input to advise the ongoing planning and implementation of the assessment and assist in providing updates to the Xxxxxxx Hills CAP. The Contractor shall track CAB comments and provide a summary of CAB input and revisions to plans, protocols, procedures and data collection instruments based on CAB input.
