Common use of Specific Waivers Clause in Contracts

Specific Waivers. Each Loan Party hereby waives, to the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, (a) any and all rights to receive notice in connection with the enforcement by any Lender Party of its liens and security interests with respect to any of the Collateral, including notices under or in connection with Sections 9-610 through 613 and Sections 9-623 of the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect under any applicable state law, and (b) the benefit of any statute of limitations that might otherwise bar the recovery of any of the Obligations from any one or more of them.

Specific Waivers. Each Loan Party hereby waives, to the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, (a) any and all rights to receive notice in connection with the enforcement by any Lender Party Administrative Agent of its liens and security interests and other Liens with respect to any of the Collateral, including notices under or in connection with Sections 9-610 through 613 and Sections 9-623 of the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect under any applicable state law, and (b) the benefit of any statute of limitations or statute of repose that might otherwise bar the recovery of any of the Obligations from any one or more of them.
