SPECIFIC VIOLATIONS. On April 13, 2023, the Division issued NOPV No. 12093-20230322 to NIPSCO. The NOPV alleged 257 violations occurring in the year 2022, each consisting of an instance when NIPSCO failed to follow its own procedures by failing to timely or accurately locate its facilities in response to a notice of excavation submitted through what is commonly known as Indiana 811.
SPECIFIC VIOLATIONS. Any student found to have used, consumed or been in possession of drugs, related paraphernalia or alcoholic beverages while under the jurisdiction of Community School of Naples is guilty of a major offense of CSN Code of Conduct. Any student found to have remained in the company of another student who was clearly using, consuming, distributing, selling or possessing drugs or alcoholic beverages while under the jurisdiction of CSN, may also be in violation of the school’s drug and alcohol policy. Any CSN student found guilty of any offense involving the sale and/or distribution of drugs whether on or off campus may be immediately dismissed.

If the Borrower person or the joint obligors, as the case may be, fail to comply with any of their obligations set out in subparagraphs (a), (b), (g), (m), (n), (o), (q), (r), (t), (u), (w), (y), (z), (aa), (bb), (cc), (dd), (ee) (ff), (gg), and (hh) of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ of this Agreement.
SPECIFIC VIOLATIONS. Any student found to have used, consumed or been in possession of drugs, related paraphernalia or alcoholic beverages while under the jurisdiction of The Community School is guilty of a major offense of the CSN Code of Conduct. It shall not be considered a violation of this policy for a student to properly use a drug that has been prescribed for them by their physician, if such use is in accordance with the physician’s instructions. If a student and /or his parents have any doubt as to this policy’s application to the use of a drug by a student, such drug use should be approved in advance by the school. Any student found to have remained in the company of another student who was clearly using, consuming, distributing, selling or possessing drugs or alcoholic beverages while under the jurisdiction of CSN, may also be in violation of the school’s drug and alcohol policy.
