Common use of Specific Remedy Clause in Contracts

Specific Remedy. In addition to such other rights and remedies as the Company may have at equity or in law with respect to any breach of this Agreement, if you commit a material breach of any of the provisions of Sections 8.1, 8.2, or 9, the Company shall have the right and remedy to have such provisions specifically enforced by any court having equity jurisdiction, it being acknowledged and agreed that any such breach or threatened breach will cause irreparable injury to the Company.

Specific Remedy. In addition to such other rights and remedies as the Company may have at equity or in law with respect to any breach of this Agreement, if you commit a material breach of any of the provisions of Sections 8.19.1, 8.29.2, or 910, the Company shall have the right and remedy to have such provisions specifically enforced by any court having equity jurisdiction, it being acknowledged and agreed that any such breach or threatened breach will cause irreparable injury to the Company.

Specific Remedy. In addition to such other rights and remedies as the Company may have at equity or in law with respect to any breach of this Agreement, if you commit the Executive commits a material breach of any of the provisions of Sections 8.1, 8.2, or 9Section 9.1, the Company shall have the right and remedy to have such provisions specifically enforced by any court having equity jurisdiction, it being acknowledged and agreed that any such breach or threatened breach will cause irreparable injury to the Company and that money damages will not provide an adequate remedy to the Company.

In addition to such other rights and remedies as the Company may have at equity or in law with respect to any breach of this Agreement, if you shall commit a material breach of any of the provisions of Sections 8.1, 8.2, Section 7.1 or 97.2, the Company shall have the right and remedy to have such provisions specifically enforced by any court having equity jurisdiction, it being acknowledged and agreed that any such breach or threatened breach will cause irreparable injury to the Company and that money damages will not provide an adequate remedy to the Company.

In addition to such other rights and remedies as the Company may have at equity or in law with respect to any breach of this Agreement, if you commit the Advisor commits a material breach of any of the provisions of Sections 8.1Section 8, 8.29, or 910, the Company shall have the right and remedy to have such provisions specifically enforced by any court having equity jurisdiction, it being begin acknowledged and agreed that any such breach or threatened breach will cause irreparable injury to the Company and that money damages will not provide an adequate remedy to the Company.

In addition to such other rights and remedies as the Company may have at equity or in law with respect to any breach of this Agreement, if you commit the Advisor commits a material breach of any of the provisions of Sections 8.17, 8.28, or 9, the Company shall have the right and remedy to have such provisions specifically enforced by any court having equity of competent 5 jurisdiction, it being acknowledged and agreed that any such breach or threatened breach will cause irreparable injury to the CompanyCompany and that money damages will not provide Company an adequate remedy.
