Specific Project cost code. The Partner shall maintain a separate accounting cost code specific to the Project, and all costs and income properly relating to the Project (including the Partner Contribution) shall be accounted for through that cost code. The Partner shall ensure that appropriate records are kept supporting the entries made on the cost code. The provisions in this Clause 3 shall apply mutatis mutandis to Additional Work Packages and Additional Work Package Statements.
