Specific Places1. The Parties agree that (number of places for the users identified) places are recognized for the Resource to receive the user or users: _ _ (confidential identification of the user(s)) referred by the Institution. On final departure of this user or these users, the specific place or places will be closed. In the event that the specific agreement provides only for specific places, the term of the agreement is set out in section 5.1.2.
