Specific Performance for Section 2. 7. It is agreed and understood that monetary damages would not adequately compensate RUSNANO for the breach of the negative covenants of the Company referenced in Section 2.7(a) and (b) and set forth in Schedule I and Schedule II, respectively, of this Letter Agreement, that the negative covenants referenced in Section 2.7(a) and (b) and set forth in Schedule I and Schedule II, respectively, shall be specifically enforceable, and that any breach of the negative covenants referenced in Section 2.7(a) and (b) and set forth in Schedule I and Schedule II, respectively, shall be the proper subject of a temporary or permanent injunction or restraining order.
