Specific Performance as to Licensor Sample Clauses

Specific Performance as to Licensor. Licensee acknowledges that Licensor shall be irreparably damaged (and damages at law would be an inadequate remedy) if Sections 2, 6 or 8 of this Agreement are not specifically enforced. Therefore, in the event of a breach or threatened breach by Licensee of Sections 2, 6 or 8 of this Agreement, Licensor shall be entitled, in addition to all other rights and remedies, to injunctions restraining such breach, without being required to show any actual damage or to post any bond or other security, and to a decree for specific performance of the provisions of said Sections.
