Specific License Terms. Within the license offer provided to you at the moment of the granting of a license to the Software, Company may specify further terms and conditions of the specific license granted, including but not limited to number of Authorized Users and the number of computers on which the Software can be installed under the license.

If You don’t agree with the terms of use of the trial version, You shall refrain from installing or using it.
Specific License Terms. 11.1. Upon payment by the Customer for the Service, Apport grants to the Customer a fixed-term, non-transferable, non- exclusive licence to all intellectual property rights created by Apport (including any intellectual property rights developed jointly with the Customer) as part of the Services provided, including documentation, data, customisations, integrations and customer-specific software that has been developed or modified specifically for the Customer as part of the Services.
11.2. The licence granted to the Customer as part of an installation on the Customer's equipment ("On-premise Installation") is limited territorially to the Customer's address, physical warehouse or similar as specified in the Agreement.
11.3. The Customer acknowledges that Apport (or its licensors) is the holder of all copyright and intellectual property rights or industrial property rights in and to the Services, including, but not limited to, the source code of the Service. This also applies to any amendments, adjustments, upgrades etc. of the Service. The Customer must respect such intellectual rights, and the Customer is liable for any breach of such rights, including a third party's unauthorised access to the Service.
11.4. The Customer's right of use only includes use required for the performance of the Agreement and will terminate at the time of termination of the Agreement.
11.5. To the extent that specific licence terms apply to specific Services, such specific licence terms will apply to the licence granted to the Customer instead of the above terms.
Specific License Terms. A. On the webpage where you can download Content that you have licensed from us, the Specific License Terms for your License will be listed next to the download link. You acknowledge that you have read, reviewed, and agree to be bound by those terms.
B. Additionally, prior to downloading Content, you acknowledge that you have received and reviewed a written (digital or physical) copy of those same Specific License Terms from one of our employees.
