Specific facility features. A complete description of all issues, special considerations, and special curricular and extracurricular activities to be accommodated by the facility. This shall include subject matter such as safety, security, sustainability, flexibility, community use, utilities, and any others that are to be included within the program. A calendar of events for the current or, if appropriate, a comparable local facility shall be included to support identification of space required to meet programmatic needs.
