Specific Event Types a) Single Day Meet-up Events (Tournaments): Pre-Event Check-in meeting (Captain’s Meeting) will happen approximately 30 minutes prior to the start of competition as listed on the Tourney-X® event page. Each Angler in this type of event is responsible for reviewing this document, “VKT TOURNAMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS” and the event schedule listed on the Tourney-X® event registration page for pre-event check- in times and location before arriving at the event. Each Angler must check in with the VKT Tournament Director at the time and place designated in the event schedule for verification of eligibility, signing of waivers, and rules acknowledgement. All Anglers shall meet at the designated time and location at the end of the event to determine scores of the five (5) longest bass of the day. b) Multiple Day Meet-up Events (Tournaments): Pre-Event Check-in meeting (Captain’s Meeting) will happen approximately 30 minutes prior to the start of competition as listed on the Tourney-X® event page only on the first day of competition. Each Angler in this type of event is responsible for reviewing this document “VKT TOURNAMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS” and the event schedule listed on the Tourney-X® event registration page for pre-event check-in times and location before arriving at the event. Each Angler must check in with the VKT Tournament Director at the time and place designated in the event schedule for verification of eligibility, signing of waivers, and rules acknowledgement. During this type of event the scores of the five (5) longest bass of Day 1 and the five (5) longest bass on Day 2 on the Leader Board when judging is complete will be combined to determine the aggregate score. All Anglers shall meet at the designated time and location at the end of the event to determine the winner.
