Re-sale of goods: The Client assures that equipment supplied through WHO/TBP will not be re-sold to third parties, and will only be used: for diagnosis of TB suspects and monitoring of TB patients;1 for laboratory diagnosis and patient monitoring following WHO guidelines; in programmes following national guidelines for DOTS implementation; in accordance with a multi-year plan for DOTS expansion. 2. Return of products: WHO/TBP will not accept the return of products procured for the Client.
