Specific Agreement. Any inter-basin diversion project during the dry season from the mainstream shall be agreed upon by the MRC JC through a Specific Agreement for each project prior to any proposed diversion. Such a Specific Agreement, signed/approved by all members of the MRC JC, sets out agreed terms and conditions such as timing, quantity of diversion, etc. While the format and content of the Specific Agreement shall be established by the MRC JC on a case-by-case basis, the format and content for Notification and Prior Consultation shall apply.
