Specialty Program. A Company established program for a targeted group of Members with certain types of illnesses, conditions, cost or risk factors (e.g., organ transplants, women’s health, other disease management programs, etc).
Specialty Program. Certain expensive drugs, for example, injectables for chronic or genetic conditions, are excluded from the Township’s medical plans. Instead, the employee is eligible to receive these “specialty” drugs through the mail, only.
