SPECIAL TECHNICAL SERVICES Clause Samples

SPECIAL TECHNICAL SERVICES. Supplier will provide technical services associated with Software pursuant to any Order(s). Technical Services are services which Customer requires to meet its own customised uses for the Software and which are beyond the warranty, maintenance and support services provided under this Agreement. Before any Order(s) are issued the parties will agree to a work plan which will include, but not be limited to project timeline, deliverables, Specifications and performance requirements, Customer and Supplier Project Co-ordinators, and any other necessary details agreed to by the parties. All work plans will be a part of and governed by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
