Special Schedule Clause Samples
A Special Schedule clause defines specific terms, conditions, or arrangements that differ from or supplement the standard provisions of an agreement. This clause typically lists unique dates, deliverables, payment milestones, or other customized requirements that apply only to the particular contract at hand. By clearly outlining these tailored elements, the Special Schedule ensures that both parties are aware of and agree to any deviations from the standard contract, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes.
Special Schedule. At least (5) working days advance notice shall be given an 11 employee prior to commencement of a special schedule altering working hours for more than (1) day 12 except when circumstances of same are beyond the control or knowledge of Judicial Administration 13 management.
Special Schedule delivery/reception of containers by “city trucks" for container terminals
i) The use of this work schedule for the delivery/reception excludes the possibility for the employer to use another schedule for its delivery/reception except the schedule stipulated in Article 14.04 C) above;
ii) When required, this schedule must be used for a minimum period of five (5) days per week from Monday to Friday; If one of these days is a statutory holiday or a port closed morning as referred to in article 14.01, according to the provisions of the present collective agreement, the employer may exclude that day from the minimum period required for this schedule;
iii) The number of employees required during the use of this schedule cannot vary during the same week;
iv) Positions associated with this special schedule will be offered in accordance with Articles 7 and 8.07 of the present collective agreement;
v) No employee on a night shift may be transferred to other duties between 06:00 and 07:00 as a result of using the special schedule;
vi) The additional hour of work between 06:00 and 07:00 or two (2) additional hours between 05:00 and 07:00 will be considered equal to an extension and is therefore not a fishing hour;
vii) The additional hour of work between 06:00 and 07:00 or two (2) additional hours between 05:00 and 07:00 will be paid at double the basic wage rate;
viii) The extensions of one or two hours provided for in article 14.03 c), regarding delivery or reception, are available for this special schedule. These hours are remunerated at one and a half times the basic rate;
Special Schedule. It is the intent of the Owner that the work at the site starts per construction contract. Owner will indicate at the pre-construction meeting the exact date when this work may start. Once work is started, the Owner desires all work to be performed continuously until completed.
Special Schedule. A special schedule refers to the situation where the work day may exceed eight (8) hours but the work week does not exceed forty (40) hours. Hourly employees who are working an approved special schedule are not eligible for overtime when they work in excess of eight (8) hours per day. However, all

iii) The number of employees required in the same classification during the use of this schedule cannot vary during the same week;
iv) Employees will be assigned in the same proportion as stipulated in Article 9.16 b);
v) Employees thus dispatched may only be assigned between 06:00 and 07:00 for the delivery/reception of containers by “city trucks”;
vi) No employee on a night shift may be transferred to other duties between 06:00 and 07:00 as a result of using the special schedule;
vii) Assignments are offered in accordance with the regular dispatch procedure;
viii) A sufficient number of secondary classifications will be offered in accordance with seniority;
ix) When using this special schedule, it is agreed that the employee thus required in primary may only be dispatched on a day shift on the preceding day;
x) The employee required in primary will be informed when he is given his assignment the day before the start of the special schedule; xi) One (1) additional hour of work between 06:00 and 07:00 is considered equal to an extension and is not therefore fishing hour;
