SPECIAL RULES FOR INTEREST-BEARING ACCOUNTS. Interest-bearing accounts are subject to the general rules governing deposit accounts set forth in Part 3 of this Agreement. These accounts are also subject to certain additional special rules set forth in this Part 4. Special rules concerning certificates of deposit are set forth in Section A of this Part 4, and special rules for all other interest-bearing accounts (such as savings, money market deposit and NOW accounts) are set forth in Section B of this Part 4.
