Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in the Plan and except as otherwise agreed to by the relevant parties, no partial payments and no partial distributions shall be made with respect to a Disputed Claim until all such disputes in connection with such Disputed Claim have been resolved by settlement or Final Order. In the event that there are Disputed Claims requiring adjudication and resolution, the relevant Disbursing Agent shall establish appropriate reserves for potential payment of such Claims.
