Common use of Special Reporting Clause in Contracts

Special Reporting. Within fifteen (15) days of the end of each fiscal quarter during the Term, Executive shall ensure that the Chief Financial Officer of National Beef delivers to the Chairman of the Board a written report which reasonably details the costs and expenses incurred by National Beef in respect of: aircraft leases; lodging or lodges; offices located in Salt Lake City; the condominium in Kansas City; and any other properties or assets owned by Executive, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ or ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, or any affiliates of such persons: which expenses and costs are being charged, allocated or reimbursed by National Beef at the request of Executive.
