Special Master. The Special Master shall be an independent individual to be selected by the Parties and their counsel, subject to approval of the Court, and charged with the following tasks: 1. Serving as Chair of the Medical Science Committee; 2. Supervising the Program Administrator’s performance of its duties under this Agreement; 3. Evaluating Settlement Class Members’ requests for additional Screening Questionnaires or Medical Evaluations pursuant to Section IV(B)(4)(g)-(h); and, 4.
