Expiration of Contract. Unless terminated earlier pursuant to Clause GC 2.6 hereof, this Contract shall expire at the end of such time period after the Effective Date as specified in the SC.
Expiration of Contract. Unless terminated earlier pursuant to Clause 10 hereof, this Contract shall expire after the consultant has performed all his Services as per the terms and conditions envisaged in this Contract and the Owner has issued a ‘No claim Certificate’ to the Consultant. The Owner shall issue the “No claim certificate” after being satisfied that the Consultant has performed/rendered all the services to the satisfaction of the Owner, as per the contract and all undisputed payments of remuneration and reimbursable expenditures payable by the Owner to the Consultant has been made.
Expiration of Contract. Unless terminated earlier pursuant to Sub-Clause 2.9, this Contract shall expire when, pursuant to the provisions hereof, the Services have been completed and the payments of remunerations including the direct costs if any, have been made. The Services shall be completed within a period as is specified in the SC, or such extended time as may be allowed under Sub-Clause 2.6. The term "Completion of Services" is as specified in the SC.
Expiration of Contract. 22.2.1 In the year in which this Agreement expires, the parties agree to meet and negotiate in good faith in accordance with PERB. The Association shall notify the District of its intent to submit a contract proposal for negotiation by May 2nd of the year prior to the school year in which negotiations is to occur. Following compliance with the Public Notice Provision of the Act, negotiations will begin. Any agreement reached pursuant to the PERB, by the parties, shall be reduced to writing and signed by them.

For contracts with terms of 90 days or less you must apply no later than 15 days before your contract expires. BLM will check this box if this contract is a renewable competitive contract.
Expiration of Contract. Unless terminated earlier pursuant to Clause 2.6, this Contract shall terminate with completion of the consultancy in terms of conditions of this agreement to the full satisfaction of the Client.

Expiration of Contract. The period of completion of Services shall be fixed workwise depends upon funds from the Commencement Date for the Design Phase or such other period as the Parties may agree in writing.
