Common use of Special Condition Clause in Contracts

Special Condition. If the Policyholder receives back, either in part or whole, any payments in respect of a claim under this Section which has already been paid by the Underwriter then the Policyholder shall reimburse the Underwriter in full for the amount of such payment.
