Special Action Sample Clauses
The Special Action clause grants one or both parties the right to take specific actions under defined circumstances, often outside the standard procedures outlined in the agreement. For example, it may allow a party to expedite a process, bypass certain steps, or implement emergency measures if particular conditions are met. This clause is designed to provide flexibility and responsiveness, ensuring that parties can address urgent or exceptional situations efficiently without breaching the contract.
