Spearhead Pipeline Procedures. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, all shipments of Crude Oil on the Spearhead Pipeline shall be subject to the procedures set forth in Schedule C. The Spearhead Pipeline capacity that is subject to this Agreement shall only be used by Vitol for the benefit of Coffeyville.
