Spamming. 5.9.1 Sending unsolicited mail messages, including, without limitation, commercial advertising and informational announcements, is expressly prohibited. A user shall not use another site’s mail server to relay mail without the express permission of the site or distributing, advertising or promoting products or software or services that have the primary purpose of encouraging or facilitating unsolicited commercial E-mail or spam.
5.9.2 It is contrary to Bioniq policy for customers to use our servers to effect or participate in any of the following activities:
5.9.2.1 To post to any Usenet or other newsgroup, forum, e-mail mailing list or other similar group or list articles which are off-topic according to the charter or other owner- published FAQ or description of the group or list;
5.9.2.2 To send unsolicited mass e-mailings, if such unsolicited e-mailings provoke complaints from the recipients;
5.9.2.3 To engage in any of the foregoing activities using the service of another provider, but channelling such activities through a Bioniq provided server, or using a Bioniq provided server as a maildrop for responses;
5.9.2.4 To falsify user information provided to Bioniq or to other users of the service in connection with use of a Bioniq service.
Spamming a. Customer agrees not to send spam or resell its services to anyone who sends spam. The term “spam” includes, but is not limited to, the sending of unsolicited bulk and/or commercial e-mail messages over the Internet or maintaining an open SMTP policy. In the event of a dispute, UCDN reserves the right to determine, in its sole and discretion, whether e-mail recipients were from an opt-in email list.
Spamming. Lightwave may immediately terminate any account that it determines, in its sole discretion, is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any "spam" or other unsolicited bulk email. In addition, if actual damages cannot be reasonably calculated, Customer agrees to pay Lightwave liquidated damages of five dollars (U.S. $5.00) for each piece of "spam" or unsolicited bulk email transmitted from or otherwise connected with Customer’s account. Otherwise, Customer agrees to pay Lightwave’s actual damages to the extent such actual damages can be reasonably calculated. Lightwave reserves the right to block, reject, or remove what it considers in its sole discretion to be "spam" or other unsolicited bulk email from the Service and Lightwave shall have no liability for blocking any email considered to be “spam.”

Spamming. IEVOLVE has zero tolerance for UBE/UCE (unsolicited bulk email/unsolicited commercial email). This policy protects our customers as well as the Internet community from the negative effects of "spam" related activity. Spamming. TrueLink reserves the right at any time to implement technical mechanisms to prevent Client engaging in illegal or obscene activity or in "spamming," TrueLink reserves all legal and equitable rights in enforcing this policy.
