Space Size Sample Clauses
The Space Size clause defines the exact dimensions or area of the premises being leased or licensed. It typically specifies the square footage or other measurements that determine the physical boundaries of the space, and may outline how the space is measured (such as usable vs. rentable area). This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of the size of the property involved, which is crucial for calculating rent, allocating costs, and avoiding disputes over the extent of the leased area.
