SPACE RESERVATION. 1.4.1 Neither BellSouth nor any of BellSouth’s Affiliates may reserve space for future use on more preferential terms than those set forth in Sections 1.4.2 and 1.4.3 below. 1.4.2 In all states other than Florida, the size, or rack/bay(s) in a Remote Site Location, specified by TelCove may contemplate a request for space sufficient to accommodate TelCove’s growth within a twenty-four (24) month period. 1.4.3 In the state of Florida, the size, or rack/bay(s) in a Remote Site Location, specified by TelCove may contemplate a request for space sufficient to accommodate TelCove’s growth within an eighteen (18) month period.
