Common use of Space (Premises) Clause in Contracts

Space (Premises). The State requires approximately 5,000 - 6,000 usable square feet of retail/office space. The State reserves the right to increase or decrease the size of this requirement by up to 10%. Special circumstances may require more extensive program size changes. Please verify that the Premises square footage is based upon the A.N.S.I. Z65.1 – 1996 method for calculating space.
