Space and Utilities to be provided to Vendor Sample Clauses

Space and Utilities to be provided to Vendor a. The Space. Cannajam agrees to provide a single 10 foot by 10 foot (100 sq ft) non-paved space (the “Space”) for Vendor’s exclusive use at the Location for the Event. Cannajam may, at its sole discretion, provide a larger space at the request of the Vendor. Cannajam will not provide any structure or shelter of any sort within the Space, although Vendor may elect to, at their own expense, erect a temporary structure for their sole use within the Space. If the Vendor should elect to do so, Vendor must follow all building codes and any other applicable laws as it relates to erecting such a structure. Cannajam agrees to provide the Space in a reasonable condition for Vendor’s use during the Event. Vendor agrees to return the Space in the same condition as provided by Vendor. Vendor further agrees that if the Space is damaged during the Event, or otherwise returned to Cannajam in an unreasonable condition after the Event, that Vendor will be solely responsible for any costs associated to restore the Space to reasonable condition.
