SOW Modification Sample Clauses
SOW Modification a. Either Party may request modifications to a SOW by submitting a Change Request Form (Exhibit D) to the other Party. Modifications may include changes to the SOW scope of Services or Deliverables.
b. The proposed Change Request Form must include all of the SOW elements listed above in sections a. through g. if any SOW may be affected by the Change Request.
SOW Modification. This SOW may be modified only upon the written approval of both OraSure and AbbVie. The scope change request process will be the vehicle for communicating change. Either party may initiate a change request in writing. Both parties must review the proposed change and either approve or reject such change in writing prior to proceeding with any change to this SOW.
