Common use of Southern Boundary Clause in Contracts

Southern Boundary. From a point where the Quebec / Ontario provincial boundary meets the Timiskaming / Nipissing provincial district boundary, draw a horizontal line west through Temagami to the southeastern tip of Burwash Lake. From the southeastern tip of Burwash Lake draw a vertical line north to the Timiskaming electoral boundary, continue north along the Timiskaming electoral boundary until it intersects with Hwy 560. Continue on the Timiskaming / Sudbury provincial district boundary until it turns west. From a point, Northwest of Mattachewan where the Timiskaming Sudbury provincial district boundary turns west, in a North-Easterly direction to a point where the Timiskaming/Cochrane provincial district boundary crosses HWY 11, following the district boundary line in an Easterly direction to the Ontario/Quebec provincial boundary.
