SOURCE OF FINANCIAL INFORMATION AND CALCULATION. Before Tax Earnings shall be determined on an accrual basis based on the Employer's audited annual financial statements for its fiscal tax year. The determination of Employer's Before Tax earnings by the Employer's independent auditors will be final and binding on all parties.
