Source Inspection. The VENDOR will allow GTECH (or its representatives) to perform source inspection at their facility, using mutually agreed upon test equipment and procedures. It is GTECH's plan to source inspect the initial lots of Products scheduled for shipment from VENDOR's manufacturing facility to GTECH production or field sites. To do this in a timely fashion, the VENDOR will notify GTECH (or its representative) that source inspection is available at least one week prior to the requested source inspection date. Source inspection activity will continue, at the discretion of GTECH QA.
Source Inspection. Nortel Networks may perform source inspections of parts, assemblies or processes at a Flextronics supplier or subcontractor facility whenever Nortel Networks decides it is necessary. The source inspection shall be conducted during normal business hours and with reasonable prior written notice to Flextronics.
Source Inspection. Items procured under this purchase order are subject to source inspection prior to shipment. IES and authorized representatives of IES’s Customers and / or Regulatory Authorities shall have direct access to all applicable areas of all Supplier’s and Supplier’s Subcontractor’s Plants (at any level of the supply chain) where work under this Purchase Order is being performed, to review progress, records and witness testing of the items related to this Purchase Order prior to shipment. Supplier shall include this clause in all of Supplier’s subcontracted Purchase Orders. The Supplier shall furnish acceptable facilities and equipment necessary to perform the required inspection at no cost to IES. Please advise IES within three (3) working days in advance of the subject material being available for source inspection.
Source Inspection. If AGP Source Inspection (ASI) is specified on PO the Vendor shall contact AGP Quality prior to shipment from plant to arrange for inspection by AGP at the supplier’s facility.
Source Inspection. Applied Materials may conduct source inspection at MKS' site at any time. Performance of source inspection does not waive MKS responsibility for any defects that might subsequently be identified by Applied Materials or its customers.
Source Inspection. All Products shall be subject to inspection and test by Buyer at Seller's facility if Buyer so desires. Buyer may, at its option, implement a sampling inspection with lot rejection in accordance with an appropriate sampling plan and inspection procedure to be accomplished at Seller's facility. If any inspection or test is made on Seller's premises, Seller shall, without additional charge, provide all reasonable facilities and assistance for the safety and convenience of Buyer's inspector subject to the security and safety regulations existing at the facilities.
Source Inspection. Except as otherwise expressly stated herein Buyer shall have no right to enter Seller’s premises to conduct source or other inspections. If Seller permits any such inspection, all agents of Buyer entering Seller’s premises shall be subject to Seller’s usual security requirements, including without limitation the execution and delivery of appropriate nondisclosure agreements.
Source Inspection. Buyer shall have the right to inspect the Product(s) at Seller's facility prior to shipment. Buyer agrees to give Seller at least five (5) business days notice that it wishes to exercise this right. If Buyer does exercise this right, Seller agrees to provide all reasonable assistance with the inspection at no charge to Buyer. Source inspection requirements are described in the Product Specification unless agreed otherwise in writing by the parties.
Source Inspection. At any time, *** may, at its sole discretion, elect to inspect Products, Spare Parts, Technical Publications and/or processes related to commercial, engineering, quality and material processing control relating to Supplier’s performance under this Agreement at source, including all Product packing and accompanying documentation at the delivery point, by providing Supplier with a prior written notice at least *** (***) *** before the date of the intended inspection. Supplier agrees that the Airworthiness Authority representatives shall be entitled to inspect and evaluate Supplier including, but not limited to, Supplier’s facilities, systems, data, equipment, personnel, testing and all work-in-process and completed work. Supplier shall cause its Subcontractors to authorize *** and/or Airworthiness Authority to conduct such inspections on the same basis. Supplier shall be responsible for the payment or reimbursement to ***, as the case may be, of any and all costs and expenses incurred by *** in connection with source inspections and any other actions that may be necessary, at ***’s discretion, as a result of Supplier’s recurring non-compliance with the terms of this Section 6, including costs incurred by *** with air ticket and lodging to carried out inspection arising out of Supplier’s non-compliance.
Source Inspection. Nortel Networks or a designated third party may perform Source Inspections of those business systems and processes of a Flextronics or subcontractor facility that are specifically dedicated to provision of the Production Effort and the Services. The Source Inspection shall be conducted during normal business hours and with reasonable prior notice to Flextronics and may require participation by Flextronics.
