Solution Provisioning Clause Samples
The Solution Provisioning clause defines the responsibilities and procedures for delivering and setting up the agreed-upon solution or service. It typically outlines the timeline for delivery, the standards or specifications the solution must meet, and any requirements for installation, configuration, or initial support. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of how and when the solution will be provided, reducing the risk of misunderstandings or delays in project implementation.
