Common use of Solid Waste Disposal Clause in Contracts

Solid Waste Disposal. All solid waste collected for disposal by Contractor shall be hauled to Granger ▇▇▇▇ Street Landfill at ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. The Contractor shall assume payment of all related costs/fees, including all tipping fees. The Contractor reserves right to dispose of solid waste at alternate licensed disposal sites and to use transfer stations for intermediate handling of materials.
