Solid Waste - Changes to Work. Should changes in law arise that necessitate any additions or deletions to the work described herein including the type of items included as Solid Waste Materials, the parties shall negotiate any necessary cost changes and shall enter into an Agreement amendment covering such modifications to the work to be performed and the compensation to be paid before undertaking any changes or revisions to such work.
