Soliciting Applications a. Broker-Dealer is hereby authorized by Capital Brokerage to solicit applications for the purchase of Certificates through its Sales Representatives in states where Broker-Dealer and its Sales Representatives are appropriately licensed and appointed. This authorization is non-exclusive and is limited to the states in which Certificates have been approved for sale.
