Solicitation Objective. The Department intends to enter into a Contract using the Attachment 1, Contract Signature Page and Standard Terms and Conditions for Enterprise System Support Services (Support Services), more fully outlined in Attachment 2, Statement of Work. The Department reserves the right to award to one (1) Respondent, multiple Respondents, or to make no award, as determined to be in the best interest of the State.
