Solicitation Creation. City Project Staff will have the ability to initiate a solicitation with the Procurement Team through the system. Communication between Project Staff, City Attorney, and the Procurement Team should be facilitated, tracked, and documented. The final solicitation is approved in the system by several layers of approval.
