Sole Program Inventions. BN or Crucell, as the case may be, shall, at its own expense, control the preparing, filing, prosecuting and maintaining the Patent Rights relating to its Sole Program Inventions (“Sole Program Patent Rights”) worldwide, in such countries as it deems appropriate, and conducting any interferences, re-examinations, reissues, oppositions or requests for patent term extensions relating thereto using counsel of that Party’s choice.
