Sole Judgment Clause Samples
The Sole Judgment clause grants one party the exclusive authority to determine whether certain conditions or standards have been met under the agreement. In practice, this means that the designated party can make decisions or assessments—such as evaluating performance, compliance, or suitability—without needing to consult or obtain approval from the other party. This clause is commonly used to streamline decision-making and reduce disputes, ensuring that one party retains clear and final control over specific determinations within the contract.
