Common use of Sole Inventions Clause in Contracts

Sole Inventions. Each Party shall solely own any Inventions made solely by it or its Affiliates’ employees, agents, or independent contractors that are not Pfenex Improvements, Jazz Improvements or Post-Primary Recovery Inventions (“Sole Inventions”).

Sole Inventions. Each Party shall solely own any all Inventions that (i) are made solely by it or and its Affiliates’ Affiliates and their respective employees, agents, independent contractors, or independent contractors that sublicensees in the course of conducting such Party’s activities under this Agreement and (ii) are not Pfenex Improvements, Jazz Assigned Improvements or Post-Primary Recovery Combination Inventions (collectively, “Sole Inventions”).
