Disclosure Document Each Offering Document delivered with respect to the Obligations shall clearly disclose that the Policy is not covered by the property/casualty insurance security fund specified in Article 76 of the New York Insurance Law.

Amendment Documents This Amendment and any other instrument, document or certificate required by the Agent to be executed or delivered by the Borrower or any other Person in connection with this Amendment, duly executed by such Persons (the "Amendment Documents");
Material Documents Seller has provided Purchaser with executed copies of all material agreements and documents, and any amendments thereto, relating to Seller’s acquisition of the Mortgage Servicing Rights and the servicing of the Mortgage Loans.
Replacement Documents Upon receipt of an affidavit of an officer of Lender as to the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of the Note or any other Loan Document which is not of public record, and, in the case of any such mutilation, upon surrender and cancellation of such Note or other Loan Document, Borrower will issue, in lieu thereof, a replacement Note or other Loan Document, dated the date of such lost, stolen, destroyed or mutilated Note or other Loan Document in the same principal amount thereof and otherwise of like tenor.
Receipt of Disclosure Document The Fund and the Adviser acknowledge receipt, at least 48 hours prior to entering into this Agreement, of a copy of Part II of the Subadviser’s Form ADV containing certain information concerning the Subadviser and the nature of its business.
APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS Exhibits A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, and I are attached to and form a part of this Contract. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency in the definition or interpretation of any word, responsibility, schedule, or the contents or description of any task, deliverable, goods, service, or other work, or otherwise between the base Contract and the Exhibits, or between Exhibits, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence first to the Contract and then to the Exhibits according to the following priority. Source Documentation Accounting records must be supported by such source documentation as canceled checks, bank statements, invoices, paid bills, donor letters, time and attendance records, activity reports, travel reports, contractual and consultant agreements, and subaward documentation. All supporting documentation should be clearly identified with the Award and general ledger accounts which are to be charged or credited.
Title Documents Title Documents consist of the following: (1) copies of any plats, declarations, covenants, conditions and restrictions burdening the Property, and (2) copies of any other documents (or, if illegible, summaries of such documents) listed in the schedule of exceptions (Exceptions) in the Title Commitment furnished to Buyer (collectively, Title Documents).
Disclosure Documents 6.3 You and your agents shall not give any information or make any representations or statements on behalf of the Trust or concerning the Trust, the Underwriter or an Adviser, other than information or representations contained in and accurately derived from the registration statement or prospectus for the Trust shares (as such registration statement and prospectus may be amended or supplemented from time to time), annual and semi-annual reports of the Trust, Trust-sponsored proxy statements, or in Sales Literature/Promotional Material created by us for the Trust and provided by the Trust or its designee to you, except as required by legal process or regulatory authorities or with the written permission of the Trust or its designee.
